Basement Series is a study of colour, repetition, form and texture. The images are studies of silence and an exploration of isolation. The project is a personal response to space, created in the bank vaults of 42 St Andrew Square during its transformation into Cheval The Edinburgh Grand.

This signed portfolio box includes 10 artist stamped prints from the Basement Series portfolio which highlight the evolution of the project from literal to abstract. The work has been exhibited in Edinburgh and London and prints from the project are held in public and private collections, including the City of Edinburgh Council permanent art collection.
